Combinated gas oven with touch control panel for 20 baking sheets GN 2/1 (or 40 x GN 1/1). It has automatic washing, programmable cooking menus and a cart and a grill in endowment.
A gas convection oven heats air with a burner and moves it around the chamber with a fan, spreading heat evenly across every tray. The CDT220G adds direct steam injection, which keeps food moist and speeds up cooking without drying it out. The fan reverses direction and changes speed, so heat reaches every corner and delicate items like pastries rise evenly while roasts brown properly.
The operator loads up to twenty GN 2/1 trays or forty GN 1/1 trays on the included trolley, slides them into the chamber, and closes the double-glass door. The touch screen displays stored recipes organised into six folders—meat, fish, vegetables, bakery, desserts and poultry—plus space for one hundred and fifty custom programmes. Each recipe sets the temperature, fan speed, steam level and cooking time automatically. A core probe with Delta T function monitors the internal temperature of the food and adjusts the cycle to finish everything at the same moment, even when trays hold different items. When the programme ends, the exhaust valve releases steam and the LED lamps inside the chamber let the operator check the results without opening the door.
The oven is built from stainless steel with rounded corners inside the chamber to prevent food debris collecting. The 65 mm gap between trays allows air to circulate freely. An automatic washing system uses detergent tablets and hot water to clean the chamber without manual scrubbing; the same system rinses and dries afterwards.
The 40 kW gas burner draws its supply from the kitchen's gas line, while the 220-240 V electrical connection powers the fan, touch screen, core probe and LED lamps. The footprint of 970 mm wide by 1350 mm deep fits standard worktop layouts, and the 1880 mm height clears most extractor hoods. A trolley and grill are included for loading and grilling tasks.
Cleaning follows the parts named: the automatic washing system handles the chamber, trays and trolley; the detergent tablets are replaced after each cycle; the core probe and touch screen are wiped with a damp cloth. The double-glass door is cleaned with standard glass cleaner, and the LED lamps are dusted periodically to keep the chamber well lit.
