Electric pan Party Pan. Made of aluminum with non-stick coating
An electric party pan heats a flat, shallow cooking surface with an embedded element, spreading heat evenly across the base. The large, open area allows food to cook directly on the metal without crowding, while the low sides make it easy to slide a pizza peel or spatula underneath. This method gives a crisp, even bake without the hot spots of a conventional hob, and the wide surface lets the operator cook multiple items at once or handle large sheets of dough without folding them.
To use the pan, the operator places it on a stable worktop, connects the detachable thermostat and plugs it into a 230 V supply. The thermostat is set to the required temperature, and the pan heats until the element cycles on and off to hold the setting. Food is placed directly on the non-stick surface, and the glazed lid can be closed to trap steam and speed cooking. The insulated handles stay cool, so the pan can be moved while hot without risk of burns. Once cooking is finished, the pan is unplugged and left to cool before cleaning.
The pan is made of aluminium with a non-stick coating, which prevents food from sticking and makes cleaning easier. The lid has a glazed window in the centre, allowing the operator to check progress without lifting it. The detachable thermostat connects via a wire, so it can be positioned away from the heat source for easier reading and adjustment.
The 1.4 kW power rating means the pan draws a moderate load from a standard 230 V circuit, suitable for most professional kitchens without requiring a dedicated supply. The 500 mm diameter provides a large cooking area, while the 190 mm height keeps the pan stable on a worktop. The inside depth of 50 mm is shallow enough to allow easy access with a pizza peel but deep enough to contain liquids and prevent spills.
Cleaning involves wiping the non-stick surface with a soft cloth or sponge once the pan has cooled. The detachable thermostat and lid can be washed separately, but neither should be submerged in water. The aluminium construction resists corrosion, but the non-stick coating should not be scrubbed with abrasive materials to avoid damaging it.
The pan is designed for professional use in catering, particularly for pizza and baking, where a large, even cooking surface is needed. The glazed lid and insulated handles make it practical for busy kitchens where visibility and safety are important.
