Freezer with glass door 1400 liter
This freezer features a full-height glass door, allowing staff to view stored items without opening the unit. This design helps maintain consistent internal temperatures by reducing cold-air loss. The refrigeration system removes heat from the cabinet and expels it externally, ensuring safe, long-term food storage. Automatic defrost cycles prevent frost accumulation on the evaporator, with meltwater collected in a built-in tank to avoid spills and manual drainage.
The unit operates on a 230 V single-phase electrical supply. Once powered, it cools to a temperature range of -18 °C to -22 °C. Adjustable grid shelves slide into runners at 70 mm intervals, accommodating various container sizes. The door self-closes after opening to 100°, and a lock secures the contents when not in use.
Constructed from stainless steel, the cabinet has rounded internal corners for easy cleaning. The 60 mm polyurethane insulation, injected at high pressure without CFC or HCFC, reduces heat transfer. A tropicalised refrigeration monoblock performs reliably in ambient conditions up to +40 °C and 40% relative humidity. The removable magnetic gasket simplifies maintenance, and four castors enable effortless repositioning of the unit.
With a 1400 litre capacity, the freezer holds substantial quantities of ingredients. Six white-coated GN 2/1 grids (625 x 530 mm) and twelve stainless steel U-shaped runners are included. The shelving system adjusts in seventeen positions to suit different storage needs.
The unit measures 1440 mm in width, 815 mm in depth, and 2080 mm in height, fitting standard kitchen layouts. Its 0.51 kW power rating reflects the electrical demand. The glass door and stainless steel exterior make it suitable for front-of-house visibility in catering settings.
Maintenance involves wiping interior and exterior surfaces, removing and cleaning the magnetic gasket, and emptying the condensate tank. The removable monoblock and shelving facilitate thorough cleaning and servicing.
