A foot pedal water mixer removes the need to touch taps with soiled hands during food preparation or cleaning. The pedal sends a signal to a valve that blends hot and cold supplies into a single stream. Progressive control means the further the pedal is pressed, the greater the flow, allowing precise adjustment without hand contact.

The operator steps on the pedal to start the water, then releases it to stop. The swinging C-shaped spout can be moved left or right to direct the stream into sinks, pots or containers of different sizes. The spout's length and shape keep the water within the work area, reducing splashes onto the worktop or floor.

The mixer is supplied as a complete kit ready for installation. The pedal and valve assembly connect to standard hot and cold water supplies. No electrical power is required; the valve operates mechanically from the pedal pressure.

The spout is offered in alternative lengths and profiles to suit different sink configurations. The standard spout measures 250 mm from the base and has an 18 mm diameter outlet.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the pedal and spout with a damp cloth to remove water marks or food debris. The valve and pedal mechanism are sealed units and require no internal maintenance.
