Evaporator water pan Tefcold SpareParts TC7400090075

An evaporator water pan collects the condensate that forms when warm air passes over the cold evaporator coil in a refrigeration unit. As the coil chills the air inside the cabinet, moisture condenses and drips into the pan beneath. The pan channels this water to a drain line or holds it until it evaporates, preventing it from pooling inside the cooler and interfering with performance or hygiene.

In use, the pan sits directly under the evaporator coil assembly. Once installed, it requires no operator input; condensate flows into it automatically during each cooling cycle. The pan must be checked and emptied or cleared periodically to ensure unobstructed drainage and to prevent overflow.

This evaporator water pan is manufactured as a direct replacement for the CBC310-P Backbar Cooler. It fits no other model or brand of refrigeration equipment.

Regular cleaning involves removing the pan, rinsing it with warm water and mild detergent, and ensuring the drain hole remains clear of debris. No disassembly of the cooler is needed to access or service the pan.

The product is listed in the Tefcold SpareParts catalogue under refrigeration components for backbar coolers.
