Evaporator fan frame Tefcold SpareParts 13439

An evaporator fan frame holds the fan motor and blade assembly in place behind the evaporator coil of a refrigeration unit. The coil removes heat from the air, creating cold air that must be moved evenly through the cabinet. Without a secure frame, the fan cannot be mounted properly, and cold air stays near the coil, leaving warm spots and uneven cooling. The frame aligns the fan so that air is drawn through the coil and pushed into every corner of the cabinet, reaching the set temperature quickly and maintaining it consistently.

The frame remains in place once fitted, supporting the fan motor and blade assembly without direct interaction from the operator. When the compressor runs, the fan starts automatically, circulating air through the coil and into the cabinet. The frame prevents vibration and shifting, which would cause noise and wear the motor bearings over time. It is accessed only during servicing of the fan or motor, using the fasteners specified in the unit's service manual.

This Tefcold evaporator fan frame 13439 is a direct replacement for the original part in Tefcold refrigeration units. It fits the mounting points and dimensions of the manufacturer's design, requiring no modification during installation. The frame is constructed to match the original specifications, ensuring compatibility with the fan motor and blade assembly.

Cleaning involves removing dust that collects on the frame during routine cabinet maintenance. A soft brush or vacuum nozzle clears debris without damaging the surface. No lubrication or adjustment is needed once the frame is installed correctly.

The frame fits Tefcold refrigeration units where the original evaporator fan frame is specified. It is listed under refrigeration spare parts in the catalogue.
