This arrangement prevents limescale build-up on the element itself, reducing maintenance and prolonging its working life. When switched on, the element heats the water from below, creating convection currents that circulate heat evenly throughout the vessel. Boiling is reached faster than with stovetop methods, and the process stops automatically the moment the water reaches boiling point, avoiding waste and spills.

To use, fill the kettle to the marked maximum water level on the outside of the body. Place it on the rotating base, which allows the kettle to be turned a full circle without moving the stand. The handle remains cool to the touch, and the lid lifts easily for filling or cleaning. An indicator light shows when the element is active. If the kettle is switched on without water, the double protection system cuts power immediately, preventing damage to the element or the appliance.

The body and heating element are made of stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning. The handle, lid and stand are formed from propylene, a material that withstands repeated heat cycles without warping or cracking. The compact footprint of 341 by 226 millimetres fits neatly on a worktop or shelf, while the 305 millimetre height allows it to be stored in standard cupboards.

A 2 kilowatt power rating means the kettle draws a steady load on a 230 volt circuit, typical of commercial kitchen supplies. The 4.2 litre volume provides enough boiling water for multiple tea or coffee services without refilling, while the 1.24 kilogram weight allows it to be lifted and carried with one hand when empty. The rotating base keeps the power connection stable, so the kettle can be turned to face any direction without straining the cable.

Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless steel body wipes clean with a damp cloth, and the propylene parts can be washed in warm soapy water. The heating element, protected beneath the base, requires no descaling as long as the kettle is used for water only. The lid lifts off for thorough rinsing, and the base can be wiped down to remove any spills or drips.
