The ToGo electric compact oven with a drop-down door and programmable control panel ensures precise and even baking. It is ideal for quick preparation or reheating of bread and snacks.
A convection oven circulates hot air around the food with a fan, spreading heat evenly across every tray. The TGHP404EH adds steam to this flow, keeping roasts moist while crisping the outside. The fan runs at a single speed, pushing air through the chamber so every shelf cooks at the same rate, eliminating cold spots without needing to rotate trays.
Load up to four standard 46 × 36 cm gastronorm trays into the guides. Set the temperature between 50 °C and 270 °C and choose one of 99 stored programmes, each with four consecutive cooking cycles. The oven preheats to 260 °C, cutting the wait before service. When the cycle starts, the internal LED lights the chamber so you can check progress without opening the door and losing heat.
The body is built from AISI 304 stainless steel, a corrosion-resistant alloy that meets hygiene standards for professional kitchens. Corners are rounded to prevent dirt collecting in crevices, speeding up daily cleaning. The door seals tightly to keep steam and heat inside during cooking.
Controls include a digital display, programme selector, temperature dial and timer. Each programme can store four separate cooking stages, letting you bake, roast and hold in sequence without resetting. The 3.2 kW element draws power from a 220–240 V single-phase circuit, the standard supply in most commercial kitchens.
A 580 mm width, 620 mm depth and 600 mm height give the oven a compact footprint that fits under most worktops or on a counter. The 4-tray capacity allows batch cooking without crowding, while the 50–270 °C range covers everything from gentle reheating to high-temperature baking. The 220–240 V requirement matches the voltage available in British commercial kitchens, so no transformer is needed.
After service, wipe the interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The rounded corners and smooth steel surfaces let water run off without pooling, reducing drying time. The door seal should be checked weekly for food debris and wiped clean to maintain an airtight fit.
The TGHP404EH is a programmable electric convection oven with humidification, designed for professional kitchens requiring consistent results across multiple trays.
