The ToGo electric compact oven with a drop-down door and programmable control panel ensures precise and even baking. It is ideal for quick preparation or reheating of bread and snacks.
A convection oven uses a fan to circulate hot air around food, ensuring even cooking across all shelves. This method speeds up cooking compared to static heat, browning and crisping food without drying the centre. Introducing steam during cooking retains moisture in delicate items like pastries and roasts, delivering a crisp crust and tender interior.
The TGHP004EG accommodates four GN1/1 gastronorm trays. The operator places trays on wire racks, sets the temperature between 50 °C and 270 °C, and selects convection, convection with steam, or grill mode. Up to 99 programmes, each with four consecutive steps, can be stored, allowing a single tap to recall a complete cycle from pre-heat to final browning. The door remains closed while internal LED lights display progress, minimising heat loss and maintaining a cooler kitchen environment.
Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the oven meets professional hygiene standards and resists corrosion. Rounded corners prevent dirt accumulation, and the single-speed fan is accessible via a removable panel. The exterior dimensions are 720 mm wide, 680 mm deep, and 600 mm high, suitable for placement under most worktops or on a mobile stand.
Controls feature a digital display, a rotary encoder for adjusting temperature and time, and dedicated buttons for convection, steam, grill, and programme recall. The 3.6 kW element operates on a 220-240 V single-phase circuit, standard in British commercial kitchens. The temperature range of 50 °C to 270 °C supports everything from gentle reheating to high-temperature baking, with rapid pre-heat to 260 °C reducing waiting time before service.
Cleaning involves wiping the interior with a damp cloth after each shift and removing the fan guard for weekly washing. The stainless steel resists stains and does not require chemical treatments.
