The Inoxtrend TGDP005EH is an electric convection oven designed for professional kitchens. This appliance utilises a fan system to circulate hot air throughout the cooking chamber. This method of heat distribution provides consistent cooking temperatures across all levels and around the food, eliminating cold spots and offering even browning and cooking results.
