This electric convection oven uses a fan to distribute hot air uniformly, ensuring even cooking on every shelf. Four trays, each sized to fit the guides, can be loaded at once. Mechanical dials let the user select temperature, duration, and cooking mode before starting the cycle. An internal LED light allows monitoring without opening the door and losing heat. Once the timer alerts, the trays are removed, and the oven is ready for the next batch.

The entire unit is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. Rounded interior corners prevent dirt build-up, reducing the time needed for daily wipe-downs. A single-speed fan powers the AIR.Plus ventilation system, circulating air evenly across all shelves.

Three dials on the mechanical control panel adjust temperature between 50 and 270 °C, set cooking time, and switch between convection, grill, or combined modes. The 3.6 kW power rating suits a standard single-phase circuit. The oven measures 580 mm wide, 620 mm deep, and 570 mm high, fitting most work surfaces or under counters.

Maintenance involves wiping the stainless-steel chamber and trays with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each use. The fan guard should be removed weekly for dusting, and the door seal checked monthly for wear. No additional upkeep is required beyond these steps.
