Modern and stylish design, which makes UNIQ the eye-catcher of every buffet. Easy and simple transport, ideal for catering companies. A display that allows you to control the food heating time. Heating with a water bath, reducing the risk of overheating.
An electric chafing dish maintains plated food at serving temperature without cooking it further. A heating element submerged in a water-filled stainless-steel tank distributes heat evenly, preventing hot spots and preserving moisture in sauces and meats throughout service.
The user fills the GN1/1 tank to the marked line, positions the food pan on the polypropylene base, and secures the two-piece tempered-glass lid. A digital control panel at the front allows precise temperature adjustment from 35 °C to 85 °C in single-degree increments. The display indicates the target temperature, current water temperature, and operating duration. The appliance remembers the last setting, ensuring the next use starts at the correct temperature immediately.
Constructed from high-temperature-resistant polypropylene, the body supports a GN1/1 tank and heating element made of stainless steel AISI 304, selected for durability and simple cleaning. A stamped fill line on the tank prevents overfilling. The lid features an insulated handle, a cut-out for serving utensils, and aluminium hinges. Its two-piece design minimises heat loss when opened. A built-in card holder on the lid can display menu details.
The 0.7 kW heating element operates on a standard 220–240 V single-phase circuit. The power lead reaches a nearby socket without requiring an extension. The footprint fits standard worktops or buffet lines, and the height maintains clear visibility across the counter.
After use, the stainless-steel tank detaches for cleaning. The polypropylene body and tempered-glass lid can be wiped with a damp cloth, avoiding abrasive cleaners. The digital panel should remain dry to protect internal components.
