The MBM MAGISTRA PLUS 900 is an electric boiling pan, article number MPEE98A150I. This appliance is designed for cooking large volumes of food where boiling is the primary method.

An electric boiling pan operates by heating water or other liquids within an insulated jacket surrounding the main cooking vessel. This jacket is filled with water and heated by electric elements.
