Heating elements are protected by INCOLOY-800 alloy. Temperature is managed by an electromechanical thermostat, with a manually resettable thermostat also fitted. A min/max selector is included for operational adjustments. The double jacket is equipped with a safety valve set at 0.5 bar, a vacuum valve, and an analogue pressure gauge to monitor jacket conditions. The vessel stands on adjustable feet made of stainless steel AISI 304.

The power rating of 18 kW indicates the electrical load the appliance places on the supply. The dimensions of 800 mm in length, 900 mm in width, and 850 mm in height define the physical space the unit occupies on a worktop or floor.
