The unit relies on double glazing to insulate the interior from the kitchen's heat and humidity while letting customers see every item clearly. LED strips mounted behind each shelf cast an even, low-heat light that enhances colours and textures without warming the food, so the presentation stays fresh throughout service.

The INTEGRO DROP-IN is designed to sit flush inside a worktop or counter. A cut-out of 960 mm by 560 mm is prepared in the cabinetry, and the case slides in until its front edge aligns with the surrounding surface. The maximum thickness of the cabinet front that can be accommodated is 100 mm, allowing the unit to blend seamlessly with existing joinery. Once installed, the rear panel opens for easy loading, restocking and cleaning.

Two adjustable glass shelves let the operator tailor the internal height to suit everything from tall bottles to shallow trays. Each shelf rests on discreet metal brackets that lock into vertical slots, so the spacing can be changed in minutes without tools. The operator loads the products from the rear, closes the panel, and the LED lighting automatically highlights the display.

The exterior dimensions of 1000 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 515 mm high give the case a compact footprint that fits beneath standard overhead cupboards or shelving. The neutral temperature setting means the unit neither heats nor cools, so it can be used for pastries, sandwiches, salads or ambient desserts without requiring a refrigeration circuit.

Double-glazed panels form the front and sides, reducing condensation and keeping the glass clear. The shelves are tempered glass for strength and easy wiping. A soft cloth and mild detergent are all that is needed to clean the interior; the LED strips are sealed and require no maintenance beyond occasional dusting of the exterior.
