Stainless steel work bench.
This dough roll stretches and laminates dough sheets evenly, replacing manual rolling in high-volume bakeries. The unit takes dough from a sheeter, passing it under rollers that reduce thickness while keeping tension uniform. The belt moves the sheet forward at a controlled pace, letting operators feed the next stage—cutting, filling, or proofing—without stopping the line. Even pressure across the width ensures consistent thickness and texture, removing the variations of hand rolling.
Operation starts by feeding the dough sheet from the sheeter onto the infeed roller. The operator selects the speed on the inverter control and starts the motor. As the belt runs, the dough is drawn under the rollers, stretched to the required thickness, and delivered onto the outfeed table. The outfeed roller lifts to release the belt for cleaning or clearing jams. Once finished, the belt stops and the table is wiped down.
Built as a stainless steel work bench, the TB35 houses its motor in a guarded position beneath the table. A front screw system tensions the belt, and a scraper cleans dough residue from the belt. An extra roller improves traction, preventing slippage. The unit comes with built-in sockets for accessories like guillotines or conveyors, allowing direct integration into production lines.
The motor runs on a 400 V three-phase supply, standard for commercial bakery equipment. The footprint measures 106 cm by 400 cm, fitting between workstations, while the total length of 3155 mm accommodates the full belt stretch. The weight of 213 kg unloaded and 335 kg loaded shows a stable, floor-standing unit needing no extra support. The adjustable speed inverter lets operators match belt speed to line throughput, cutting bottlenecks.
Cleaning is easy with the liftable outfeed roller, which releases the belt for wiping. The front scraper removes dough build-up during use, and stainless steel surfaces can be sanitised with standard bakery detergents. The belt tensioning screw is accessible from the front, so adjustments require no dismantling.
The TB35 can be tailored to production needs, with options set at order. It sits in the ROLLMATIC range as a mid-level dough handling solution for bakeries needing continuous, uniform sheeting.
