Semi-automatic sheeter. Chain transmission.
This semi-automatic dough sheeter processes dough by feeding it between two rotating cylinders. The gap between them sets the thickness, while speed controls the rate at which dough moves through. A chain transmission delivers power reliably, and the operator adjusts settings to suit different dough types and results required in bakeries or pasta production lines.
To use the R65S/18, dough is placed on the infeed table, and the operator selects a stored programme or manually sets the speed and cylinder gap using the 4.5-inch touch screen. The dough passes through the rollers, and the direction can be reversed with an electric impulse key or foot pedal. Safety microswitches on the cylinder guards and flour drawer stop the machine if either is opened, while a gas spring helps lift the guards. The belt tensioning system allows quick adjustments, and the QR® scrapers detach for easy cleaning. An optional automatic flour duster reduces sticking, and a semi-automatic reeler can be fitted to handle the sheeted dough.
The machine features a 650 mm-wide cylinder with a 50 mm opening, enabling it to manage large dough batches. The tables measure 650 by 1800 mm, offering space for feeding and receiving dough. A chain transmission ensures durability, and the touch screen stores 50 programmes, each with adjustable speed and gap settings. The 2 kW motor operates on a 230 V single-phase supply, fitting standard commercial power sources. The sheeter weighs between 360 and 460 kg, requiring a stable floor but remaining movable with a pallet truck or forklift.
Controls include the touch screen for programme selection and manual adjustments, electric impulse keys for reversing the cycle, and a foot control for hands-free use. Safety microswitches halt operation if guards or the flour drawer are opened, while the gas spring eases guard lifting. The quick-release scrapers and belt tensioning system simplify upkeep, and optional accessories like the flour duster and reeler add functionality.
The 230 V requirement allows connection to a standard single-phase commercial circuit. The 2 kW power rating reflects the motor's demand, typical for equipment of this scale. The 650 mm cylinder width handles large dough pieces, and the 50 mm opening suits thicker doughs or gradual thinning. The machine's footprint fits most professional bakery layouts, with the 650 by 1800 mm tables providing extra workspace.
Cleaning involves removing the QR® scrapers for washing, releasing the belt tension to access underneath, and wiping the tables and cylinder. The flour drawer should be emptied regularly to prevent build-up, and safety microswitches checked for proper function. The gas spring and guards need occasional inspection, and the chain transmission may require lubrication.
An alternative version, the R65S-T, includes a built-in cutting unit, expanding the table's work area. Optional extras like the automatic flour duster and semi-automatic reeler can be added to meet specific production needs.
