The Rollmatic R65S/14 is a semi-automatic dough sheeter designed for professional kitchens. This machine operates by passing dough through a pair of rollers, which are adjusted to a specific gap to achieve the desired thickness. The process is semi-automatic, meaning the operator guides the dough and initiates the sheeting action, but the machine controls the roller speed and gap.

The R65S/14 features chain transmission for its rollers. The cylinder width measures 650 mm, with an adjustable cylinder opening up to 50 mm, allowing for a range of dough thicknesses. Operation is managed via a 4.5" touch screen interface, which provides access to 50 work programs. These programs can be set to control roller speeds and the cylinder opening. The machine includes a quick belt tensioning and release system for maintenance and operation. The scrapers are fitted with a QR® system for dough removal.
