Automatic sheeter. Stainless steel finish. Belt transmission.
This automatic dough sheeter rolls dough to a uniform thickness using two rotating cylinders. The adjustable gap between them sets the final thickness, while a belt transmission moves the dough forward at a steady pace. The process removes manual effort and delivers consistent sheets for pastries, pasta, pizza bases or bread across large batches.
Operation is controlled via a 7" touch screen that holds up to 100 work programmes. After selecting a programme and adjusting the cylinder gap if necessary, the operator places the dough on the feed table. The machine draws the dough through the cylinders, producing a smooth sheet ready for cutting or further work. Safety microswitches on the cylinder guards and flour drawer stop the machine if either is opened during use, while gas springs help lift the guards for cleaning or maintenance.
Built from stainless steel, the sheeter features a 650 mm wide cylinder with a 60 mm maximum opening. A quick-adjust system tensions and releases the belt transmission, and scrapers with QR® (Quick Release) clips come away easily for cleaning. A flour drawer below the cylinders catches excess flour, cutting waste and keeping the workspace tidy.
The 2 kW motor operates on a 230 V single-phase supply, compatible with standard UK commercial circuits. The unit measures 112 cm wide, 145 cm deep and 178 cm high, needing a stable surface and space on the worktop or floor. Weight varies between 405 kg and 505 kg, so a sturdy base and help during installation or moving are recommended.
Cleaning involves taking off the belt for a full wash, removing the scrapers with the QR® system, and emptying the flour drawer. The cylinder guards lift on gas springs to reach the rollers and internal parts. The touch screen can be cleaned with a damp cloth, avoiding abrasive materials that might harm the display.
