The ROLLMATIC R65AX-T/16 is an automatic dough sheeter designed for professional use. This machine operates by passing dough between two calibrated rollers, which progressively reduce its thickness to a uniform level. To operate this sheeter, dough is placed on the feed table. The machine then draws the dough through the rollers.
