Manual sheeter on base with castors.
This manual dough sheeter processes dough by feeding it between two rotating cylinders, flattening it to a uniform thickness. The method eliminates the need for hand rolling, delivering consistent sheets for pastries, pasta, pizza, and laminated doughs while reducing operator effort. The R65-T/16 stands on a mobile base with castors, allowing easy repositioning and compact storage. Folding side tables expand the workspace, and an extractable table provides additional length for longer dough sheets. An integrated inverter adjusts motor speed to suit different dough types, while a built-in cutting unit requires separate knives for operation. The machine includes electric impulse keys for control, with an optional foot pedal available. A micrometric dial sets cylinder thickness precisely, and safety guards with microswitches prevent operation if opened. Gas springs assist in lifting the guards, and quick-release scrapers simplify cleaning. A flour drawer beneath the rollers collects excess flour, also equipped with a safety microswitch. The unit's construction uses stainless steel for durability and hygiene, with precision-ground cylinders ensuring even pressure. The belt tensioning system allows tool-free adjustment or removal. Powered by a 1.1 kW motor on a 230 V single-phase supply, the sheeter fits standard commercial kitchen setups. Its dimensions allow placement in larger work areas, with a height suited for standing use. The weight varies by configuration, so castors must be locked during operation to maintain stability. Cleaning involves removing quick-release scrapers, lifting guards, and emptying the flour drawer. The belt can be loosened or removed without tools for thorough maintenance. Safety features ensure the machine cannot start if guards or the flour drawer are removed. The R65-T/16 includes an inverter and cutting unit, with knives sold separately. An optional foot control can be added for convenience.
