Manual sheeter on base with castors.
The Rollmatic R65/14 is a manual dough sheeter designed for professional bakeries. It features adjustable cylinders that stretch dough to a consistent thickness, eliminating the need for hand rolling. Operators feed dough through the gap, adjusting thickness with precision controls for uniform results every time.
On either side of the unit, tables measuring 650 by 1400 mm unfold to provide ample workspace. Dough is placed on the infeed table and guided through the rollers, with the gap set using a handwheel. Electric impulse keys and an optional foot control allow instant reversal of the rollers, enabling dough to pass back and forth without manual turning. The tables fold away when extra space is not required.
Mounted on a base with castors, the sheeter can be easily relocated or stored. The cylinder adjustment system includes a micrometric scale for exact thickness settings, while gas springs and safety microswitches on the guards prevent accidental contact with moving parts. A quick-release mechanism adjusts belt tension swiftly, and QR scrapers remove dough residue from the rollers without tools. Beneath the rollers, a flour drawer collects excess flour, equipped with its own safety microswitch to halt operation if opened.
The 1.1 kW motor operates on a 400 V three-phase supply, standard for commercial bakery equipment. The unit's weight ranges from 260 kg to 310 kg, depending on the setup, ensuring stability while remaining mobile on castors.
Controls include electric impulse keys for reversing the rollers, a handwheel for gap adjustment, and an optional foot control for hands-free use. The micrometric scale allows bakers to set precise thicknesses for various products, from pizza bases to puff pastry. The 400 V requirement means the sheeter must be connected to a three-phase circuit, typical in professional kitchens.
Cleaning is straightforward: remove the QR scrapers for washing, wipe the rollers and tables with a damp cloth, and empty the flour drawer. The quick-release belt system provides easy access to the rollers for thorough cleaning, while safety microswitches prevent operation when guards are open. The folding tables and castors simplify cleaning around and under the unit.
