Dough sheeter ROLLMATIC R55B/07

The ROLLMATIC R55B/07 is a manual dough sheeter for preparing dough.

This machine flattens dough between two adjustable rollers to control sheet thickness. The user manually feeds the dough and adjusts the rollers.

To use the R55B/07, place dough on a table and feed it towards the cylinders. Adjust the cylinder opening for desired thickness. The dough passes through, emerging as a flattened sheet. Repeat the process, turning and refeeding the dough for different shapes and sizes.

Construction includes foldable and removable tables, each 500x1000 mm. Stainless steel cylinder guards incorporate a safety microswitch. Gas springs are part of the guard mechanism.

The R55B/07 has a 550 mm cylinder width. The cylinder opening adjusts up to 38 mm for dough sheet thickness. The machine has a 0.55 kW power rating and operates on a 400 V supply. It weighs 150 kg. Dimensions are 960 mm length, 980 mm width, and 1820 mm height.
