Compact manual sheeter with foldable tables.
A manual dough sheeter for rolling out pastry, bread dough or pizza bases without motorised power. The operator turns the handle to drive the stainless steel rollers, which press the dough evenly between them. The gap between the rollers determines the thickness of the sheet, allowing consistent results for large batches. This method avoids the uneven stretching that can happen with a rolling pin, giving a uniform sheet that bakes evenly and holds fillings securely.
The Rollmatic R50B/07 is designed for small workspaces and frequent movement. The operator places the dough on the feed table, adjusts the roller gap with the control knob, and turns the handle to draw the dough through. The joy-stick reverses the direction if the sheet needs a second pass. Foldable tables on both sides provide space for the dough before and after rolling, and can be tucked away when the unit is stored. Safety microswitches cut power if the guards are opened, and a gas spring holds the guards in place while the machine is in use.
The sheeter is built with a stainless steel cylinder and guards, and a painted steel frame. The 500 mm wide cylinder handles large sheets of dough in a single pass, while the 38 mm opening allows thicker doughs to be fed through. The joy-stick controls the direction of the rollers, and the control knob sets the gap between them. The foldable tables are made of aluminium and can be locked in the open or closed position.
The 0.55 kW power rating indicates a low electrical load, suitable for standard kitchen circuits. The 400 V three-phase supply is typical for professional catering equipment, ensuring stable operation under frequent use. At 15 kg, the sheeter is light enough to be moved by one person, and the compact 702x523x803 mm footprint fits on a worktop or trolley. The table-top version sits directly on a counter, while the trolley version includes wheels for easy relocation.
Cleaning involves wiping down the stainless steel rollers and guards after each use to remove dough residue. The foldable tables should be cleaned with a damp cloth, and the frame can be wiped with a mild detergent. The gas spring and microswitches require no maintenance beyond keeping them free of flour dust. The sheeter is available in two versions: a table-top model and a version with a trolley for mobility.
The Rollmatic R50B/07 is listed in the catalogue under manual dough processing equipment.
