A refrigerated display cabinet keeps chilled food at serving temperature while showing it to customers through clear glass. The unit circulates cold air from a remote or central refrigeration plant, maintaining a steady low temperature that preserves freshness without drying the product. Because the compressor is separate, the cabinet itself is lighter, quieter and easier to place on a counter or worktop without needing a dedicated power circuit for the motor.

The SAYL LOGIC TRIPLE VTLG28GRZ-2 is a three-tier countertop model designed to sit directly on a work surface. The operator loads each shelf with trays or containers up to GN1/3 size, then sets the electronic thermostat to the desired temperature between 2 °C and 6 °C. LED strips along the top and behind each shelf switch on automatically, illuminating the contents evenly so colours and textures remain true under shop lighting. Sliding glass doors open smoothly for access; they can be lifted off their tracks for thorough cleaning or to rearrange the adjustable shelves.

Construction is a stainless-steel frame with tempered-glass panels on the front and sides. The glass is impact-resistant and treated to resist scratches, acids and cleaning chemicals. A protective profile along the edges prevents chipping, and rounded corners on the interior cold well simplify wiping down after service. Four adjustable legs allow the cabinet to be levelled on uneven floors.

The 230 V connection powers only the internal fans and LED lighting, drawing 95 W. This low load means the unit can share a standard kitchen circuit with other small appliances. The 1540 mm width, 395 mm depth and 465 mm height create a compact footprint that fits on most counters without blocking service areas.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass with a mild detergent, removing the sliding doors to clean the tracks, and rinsing the cold well via the built-in drain. Shelves lift out for separate washing, and the LED diffusers can be unclipped for dusting.

The VTLG28GRZ-2 is a remote-cooled cabinet intended for use with an existing or centralised refrigeration system, making it suitable for pastry shops, cafés and restaurants that already operate a cold room or plant room.
