A refrigerated display cabinet that keeps chilled goods visible and fresh while the cooling unit sits outside the case. The remote refrigeration system draws heat from the cabinet through refrigerant lines, maintaining a steady low temperature without taking up internal space. This arrangement leaves the entire interior free for product display and allows the cabinet to fit into tight worktop areas where a built-in compressor would be too large.

The cabinet lowers the air temperature to between +2 °C and +6 °C, slowing bacterial growth and preserving the texture and colour of pastries, desserts and cold dishes. LED lighting inside the case shines directly on the products, making colours appear vivid and reducing shadows that can obscure details. The light source is cool, so it does not add heat that the refrigeration system must remove.

To load or restock, the operator slides the doors open, places items on the glass shelf or the base, and closes the doors. The tempered-glass cover and sides remain clear, letting customers see the full selection without opening the cabinet. A hidden electronic sensor monitors the temperature and adjusts the flow of refrigerant to keep the set range, compensating for door openings and ambient heat.

The case is built around a stainless-steel tub with rounded corners and a built-in drainage channel. Condensate and spills run to a single outlet, so the interior can be wiped clean without disassembly. The glass shelf clips into place above the base, adding a second level for smaller items. All glass panels are tempered for impact resistance and coated to resist scratches, acids and common cleaning agents.

The footprint of 840 mm by 395 mm fits standard worktop depths and allows the cabinet to be placed against a wall or island. A height of 360 mm keeps the display at eye level for seated customers while leaving headroom for taller items. The remote cooling connection means the cabinet can be linked to an existing central refrigeration plant, reducing the number of compressors in the kitchen and cutting maintenance points.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the interior tub, the glass shelf and the glass panels with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The drainage system removes rinse water without manual emptying, and the absence of a built-in compressor eliminates the need for condenser coil cleaning. The hinged glass cover opens fully for occasional deep cleaning or shelf adjustment.
