A refrigerated display cabinet keeps chilled goods visible and fresh without crowding the counter. The CLASSIC 2P REMOTO separates the cooling unit from the case, so the refrigeration machinery sits outside while the glass-fronted cabinet stands on the worktop. Cold air circulates naturally inside the case, eliminating the need for fans and reducing the space the appliance occupies.

The static-cooling principle relies on the physics of air: cold air sinks, warm air rises. The remote unit cools the air, which then flows down into the display case through a concealed duct. Inside the case, the air absorbs heat from the products and rises again, creating a gentle loop that maintains an even temperature across every shelf. Because there are no moving parts inside the cabinet, the system is quieter and simpler to maintain than fan-assisted models.

To use the cabinet, the operator slides the doors open, loads the products onto the glass shelf or the base, and closes the doors. LED lighting switches on automatically, illuminating the contents evenly without generating heat. The electronic sensors monitor the temperature continuously, adjusting the cooling unit to hold the case between +2 °C and +6 °C. When stock needs replenishing, the sliding doors allow quick access without disturbing the temperature inside.

The cabinet is constructed from tempered glass panels that resist impacts, scratches and temperature changes. The glass cover is vitrified, making it impervious to acids and everyday cleaning agents. A hinged front panel opens for servicing, while the rounded corners and integrated drainage system simplify daily cleaning. The 2 m connection hose between the cabinet and the remote unit gives flexibility in placing the appliance without losing cooling efficiency.

The 230 V supply powers both the cooling unit and the LED lighting. The 180 W cooling power and 85 W equipment power draw a modest load on the circuit, suitable for a standard kitchen socket. The 840 mm width, 395 mm depth and 360 mm height create a compact footprint that fits on most worktops, leaving space for other equipment.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass surfaces with a damp cloth and approved cleaner, then rinsing the base tub and drainage system to remove any residue. The sliding doors and hinged front panel allow full access to every part of the interior. The remote refrigeration unit requires periodic checks to ensure the refrigerant level and airflow remain optimal.
