The SAYL SHARK 1P SK8 is a single-tier refrigerated display case designed for professional use. This unit is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, known for its hygiene and resistance to corrosion.

The operating principle of a refrigerated display case involves actively cooling the interior space to preserve food items. Unlike a standard refrigerator, a display case is designed for showcasing food while maintaining a specific, safe temperature. The SHARK 1P SK8 uses a refrigeration system with R600a refrigerant to achieve its cooling capabilities.

This display case is configured to hold 8 GN 1/3x40 trays. The internal tank is deep-drawn, meaning it is formed from a single sheet of metal without welds or sharp corners, which aids in cleaning and prevents bacterial build-up. The temperature is precisely managed by the Sayl-Blue electronic thermostat, which features a digital display for clear monitoring. The case is designed to maintain a temperature range between +2 °C and +6 °C, suitable for a variety of chilled foods.

Built-in LED lighting illuminates the contents, enhancing presentation. The top surface of the display case is designed to be suitable for the temporary placement of dishes or food items. The unit operates on a 230 V electrical supply and has a power consumption of 0.18 kW, with the refrigeration equipment drawing 0.095 kW.

The dimensions of the SAYL SHARK 1P SK8 are 1680 mm in length, 395 mm in width, and 270 mm in height. Cleaning and upkeep are facilitated by the stainless steel construction and the deep-drawn internal tank.
