The static-cooling SHARK 2P cabinet holds delicate pastries at serving height behind shatter-proof glass, letting customers see every layer without opening the door and breaking the chill. The remote refrigeration unit removes heat from the interior and expels it externally, preventing condensation on the glass and allowing the display to be positioned away from the compressor's noise and vibration. Static cooling circulates chilled air naturally, avoiding the drying effect of forced airflow and preserving the texture of delicate items such as pastries and desserts. The operator loads the cabinet through the hinged front glass panel, arranging products on the adjustable glass shelf and the base. The temperature range of +2 °C to +6 °C keeps dairy, prepared salads, and confectionery safe without freezing. Once connected to a 230 V supply, the refrigeration unit starts automatically and maintains the chosen temperature. The exterior is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, selected for its corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning in busy kitchens. The glass front, sides, and top are tempered to resist impacts and temperature changes, while the hinged design allows full access for restocking or deep cleaning. Adjustable feet ensure stability on uneven floors and keep the unit clear of surface water.
