The SHARK 2P REMOTO holds delicate pastries at serving height behind tempered glass so customers can see textures and glazes without opening the door and disturbing the cold zone. The remote refrigeration unit draws heat from the cabinet's interior and expels it outside, so the display stays cool without adding warmth to the sales area. Static cooling circulates air naturally, avoiding the drying effect of forced airflow and preserving the texture of delicate items like pastries and desserts. The refrigerant R600a absorbs heat as it evaporates inside the coils, then condenses in the remote unit to release the heat away from the cabinet, completing the cycle without moving parts inside the display space. The operator loads the cabinet by opening the hinged glass front. Six gastronorm 1/3 trays, each 40 mm deep, slide onto runners inside the cabinet. A single glass shelf above the trays creates a second display level, allowing taller items to be shown without blocking the view of lower trays. Once loaded, the cabinet maintains a temperature between 2 °C and 6 °C, suitable for holding chilled desserts, sandwiches and plated salads. The LED lighting switches on automatically, illuminating the contents with cool, bright light that does not raise the internal temperature. The cabinet is built from AISI 304 stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning in food-service environments. The front, sides and top are made of tempered glass, which withstands impacts and temperature changes without shattering. Adjustable feet at each corner level the unit on uneven floors and prevent vibration. Controls are minimal: a thermostat sets the desired temperature within the 2–6 °C range, and the LED lighting is controlled by a separate switch. The remote refrigeration unit connects to the cabinet with a 2 m flexible line, allowing the unit to be placed in a service area or outside while the display remains on the shop floor. A capacity of 6 GN 1/3x40 trays gives enough space for a full service of plated desserts or a selection of ready-to-eat items without crowding. The 180 W cooling power is sufficient for the stated temperature range in climate class 3 environments, typically found in indoor retail and café settings. The total equipment power of 90 W covers the LED lighting and any internal fans, keeping the electrical load low. The 230 V supply matches standard UK commercial circuits, so no special wiring is required. The footprint of 1190 mm wide by 395 mm deep fits along a counter or against a wall, leaving room for customer flow. The 340 mm height allows the contents to be viewed from a standing position without stooping. The weight of the cabinet, combined with the adjustable feet, ensures stability without permanent fixing. Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the glass panels can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner. The glass shelf and trays are removable for thorough washing. The remote refrigeration unit requires periodic inspection of the refrigerant lines and coils, but the display cabinet itself has no moving parts that need lubrication or replacement. The SK26GR is a single model with a remote refrigeration unit included. The 2 m connection line between the cabinet and the unit provides flexibility in placement, allowing the unit to be positioned out of customer view while the display remains prominent.
