A refrigerated display cabinet keeps chilled food visible and safe without drying or warming it. The remote refrigeration unit pumps cold refrigerant through a coil behind the cabinet walls. Heat from the displayed items moves into the coil and is carried away, while the static cooling method circulates air gently so delicate pastries and plated desserts stay fresh and undisturbed. The glass front and sides let customers see every item clearly, and the low operating temperature range keeps dairy, charcuterie and prepared salads within food-safe limits throughout service.

The operator loads the cabinet by opening the hinged glass front, placing trays or plates directly on the stainless-steel floor or on the adjustable glass shelf. The LED lighting switches on automatically, casting bright, even illumination across every shelf. Adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors, and the 2 m connection hose lets the remote refrigeration unit sit in a plant room or under a counter, keeping noise and heat out of the customer area. Once the cabinet is plugged into a 230 V supply, the thermostat maintains the set temperature between +2 and +6 °C, cycling the compressor only when needed to save energy.

The entire structure is built from AISI 304 stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning. The glass front, sides and shelf are tempered for impact resistance and thermal stability. A flat stainless-steel top provides extra work surface or space for small appliances such as a coffee machine or ticket printer.

The cabinet's 180 W cooling power draws a modest load on the kitchen circuit, while the 85 W equipment power covers the LED lighting and control electronics. The 840 mm width fits neatly on most counters or can be wall-mounted to free floor space. The 380 mm depth allows easy reach to the back of the shelf without crowding adjacent equipment, and the 340 mm height keeps items at eye level for seated and standing customers.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and approved sanitiser, removing the glass shelf to wash it separately, and vacuuming the condenser coil on the remote unit every three months to prevent dust build-up. The hinged front glass opens fully for thorough interior cleaning, and the tempered glass resists staining and scratching from daily use.

The SK24GRP is a static-cooled model designed for climate class 3 environments, using refrigerant R600a. It is supplied with a remote refrigeration unit and a 2 m connection hose, ready for immediate installation in cafés, patisseries and delicatessens.
