A refrigerated display cabinet keeps chilled food visible and accessible while maintaining a set temperature range. A compressor or remote refrigeration unit circulates cold air through a concealed evaporator coil, drawing heat from the interior. The cooled air settles around the products, creating a consistent chill that preserves freshness without freezing. Tempered glass panels allow customers to view the items without opening the cabinet, reducing temperature fluctuations and energy loss.

The SELF-SERVICE REMOTO S6GRZ is designed for self-service use. The operator loads chilled food into the cabinet, arranging it on the base and the adjustable glass shelf. The hinged front panel opens for restocking or cleaning. Once loaded, the cabinet is connected to an existing refrigeration system, which maintains the temperature between +2 and +6 °C. The high-power LED lighting illuminates the interior, making the products clearly visible to customers. Adjustable feet level the cabinet on uneven floors, ensuring stability.

The cabinet is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, chosen for its corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning. The glass panels are tempered for impact resistance and thermal stability. A single glass shelf provides additional display space, allowing the operator to organise products in two tiers.

The cabinet accepts 6 GN 1/3x40 gastronorm trays, standardised containers used in professional kitchens for food storage and presentation. The footprint of 1175 mm wide, 380 mm deep and 340 mm high fits on most worktops or counters. The temperature range of +2 to +6 °C is suitable for chilled desserts, pastries, sandwiches and salads, keeping them fresh without freezing.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel surfaces and glass panels with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The glass shelf can be removed for thorough cleaning. The hinged front panel allows easy access to the interior for regular maintenance.

The REMOTO S6GRZ is a remote refrigeration model, requiring connection to an existing or centralised cooling system. This configuration is common in pastry shops, cafés and restaurants where multiple refrigerated units share a single refrigeration plant.
