The SAYL SELF-SERVICE REMOTO S6GRPZ is a self-service refrigerated display cabinet designed for showcasing food items.
This display cabinet operates by maintaining a controlled internal temperature to preserve perishable goods. This is achieved using a ventilated double turbo condenser system, which helps to efficiently remove heat. The temperature is managed by an adjustable electronic thermostat, providing a constant digital readout of the internal conditions. Hidden electronic sensors monitor these conditions automatically.
The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel, with doors made from PMMA and tempered glass. The PMMA sliding doors are designed for easy removal, facilitating cleaning. The inner tank is fabricated from AISI 304 stainless steel and includes a drainage system. Its design avoids sharp corners, simplifying upkeep. The interior is illuminated by high-power LED lights. For stability on various surfaces, the cabinet is fitted with adjustable feet.
The controls consist of an adjustable electronic thermostat, which allows the user to set the desired temperature, and a digital readout displays the current temperature. The electronic sensors operate automatically to maintain the set temperature.
The dimensions of the cabinet are 1175 mm in length, 395 mm in width, and 245 mm in height. The temperature range is adjustable between 2 °C and 6 °C. The cabinet is supplied without a refrigeration unit, requiring a remote system. It is listed for self-service designer showcases for interiors and is suitable for pastry shops, cafés, and restaurants.
