The unit's clear enclosure lets customers view the products from any angle while the rear sliding doors allow staff to replenish stock without interrupting the display.

The showcase is built around a sturdy frame clad in tempered glass panels edged with protective aluminium profiles. These profiles shield the glass from knocks and scratches, ensuring the cabinet remains presentable even in busy catering environments. The glass itself is chosen for its clarity and resistance to thermal stress, so it does not fog or crack under normal kitchen conditions.

To use the ESR36-M, staff slide open the rear doors, arrange the food on the internal shelf, and close the doors. The neutral temperature means no pre-heating or pre-chilling is needed; the cabinet simply maintains the room's ambient conditions.
