A refrigerated display case designed to showcase chilled products while relying on an external cooling source. Instead of an integrated refrigeration unit, the case connects to a central or separate cooling system, allowing the temperature inside to be maintained between +2 and +6 °C. This approach keeps the unit compact and reduces internal mechanical parts, making it suitable for kitchens where space or cooling infrastructure is already organised around external refrigeration solutions.

The case holds up to six GN1/3 gastronorm trays, each 40 mm deep, providing a standardised way to present cold dishes, desserts or pre-packaged items. The operator loads the trays from the top, arranging them on the flat tempered glass shelf that spans the full width of the unit. Full front glazing ensures that every item remains visible from any customer angle, while LED lighting inside the case illuminates the contents in bright, even light, enhancing their appearance without generating heat that could affect the temperature.

To start the display, the operator connects the case to the external refrigeration supply and sets the desired temperature within the +2 to +6 °C range. The case then maintains that temperature as long as the external cooling remains active. Adjustable feet at the base allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, ensuring stability and preventing condensation from pooling.

Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the exterior resists corrosion and daily wear, while the tempered glass surface and front panel provide durability and clear visibility. A protective glass profile runs along the edges, preventing chips and cracks during cleaning or handling. The “Easy to Clean” system simplifies daily upkeep: smooth surfaces and rounded corners reduce dirt traps, and the absence of an internal refrigeration unit means fewer components to disassemble or sanitise.

The 90 W power rating reflects the energy used by the LED lighting and any internal controls, not the cooling process. The 230 V voltage requirement matches a standard single-phase kitchen circuit, allowing the case to be plugged into a typical worktop socket without additional wiring. The compact footprint of 1175 mm wide, 385 mm deep and 225 mm high fits neatly on counters or under shelves, making it practical for small service areas or front-of-house displays.

Cleaning involves wiping down the stainless steel and glass surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then drying to prevent water marks. The glass shelf can be removed for deeper cleaning, and the LED lighting is sealed to avoid moisture ingress. Regular checks of the external refrigeration connection ensure the temperature remains stable, while the adjustable feet should be inspected for level and tightness.

This model is supplied without a refrigeration unit, requiring an external cooling solution to function. It is designed for use in patisseries, cafés and restaurants where a central refrigeration system is already in place or where a separate refrigeration unit can be installed nearby.
