A refrigerated display case keeps chilled food visible and accessible without breaking the cold chain. Instead of an internal compressor, this model relies on an external refrigeration source—either a central plant or a separate condensing unit—that circulates chilled air through concealed ducting. The case itself holds the temperature steady by insulating the interior and sealing the glass front, so the cold air stays where it is needed while customers view the products from any angle.

The operator loads up to four GN1/3 gastronorm trays onto the flat tempered-glass shelf. Once the external refrigeration is running, the case maintains the set temperature range, keeping pastries, desserts or cold dishes ready for service. LED lighting inside the case illuminates the contents evenly, drawing attention to the presentation without adding heat. Adjustable feet underneath allow the unit to sit level on uneven floors, and the full-height glazing gives an unobstructed view of every item.

The entire case is built from AISI 304 stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning. Smooth surfaces and rounded corners form the “Easy to Clean” system, so daily wipe-downs remove fingerprints and spills quickly. A protective glass profile runs along the front edge to guard against accidental knocks, and the absence of an internal compressor leaves more usable space inside.

A single 85 W electrical connection powers the internal LED lighting and any control electronics. The 230 V supply plugs into a standard single-phase circuit, the same type used for most kitchen lighting and small appliances. The footprint of 850 mm wide by 385 mm deep fits neatly on a worktop or counter, while the 225 mm height keeps the display at eye level for seated customers.

Because the refrigeration unit is external, the case itself weighs less and runs more quietly than self-contained models. It is designed for environments where a central refrigeration system already exists or where a separate condensing unit can be installed nearby. The temperature range of +2 to +6 °C keeps chilled products safe while allowing them to be displayed attractively.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel surfaces and glass with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The tempered-glass shelf lifts out for deeper cleaning, and the LED lighting is sealed to prevent dust ingress. No internal refrigeration components mean fewer parts to service, reducing maintenance time.

This model is part of the LOGIC REMOTO range, which omits the refrigeration unit to offer flexibility in installation and lower upfront cost.
