Static cooling circulates cold air naturally without a fan, relying on convection currents that rise from the evaporator coil at the base. This method avoids drying out delicate items like pastries and keeps the cabinet quieter than forced-air models, making it suitable for front-of-house use where customer interaction is frequent.

The operator loads the cabinet by sliding the flat tempered glass surface open, arranging products on the shelves, then closing the glass. The electronic thermostat, set between +2 °C and +6 °C, maintains the chosen temperature automatically, switching the compressor on and off as needed. LED lighting illuminates the contents evenly, drawing attention without generating heat that could raise the internal temperature. Adjustable legs level the cabinet on uneven floors, preventing wobble and ensuring the glass remains secure.

Construction uses AISI 304 stainless steel for the exterior and interior, chosen for corrosion resistance and hygiene. Cleaning follows from the smooth surfaces and the “Easy to Clean” system. The glass slides or lifts away for access, and the stainless steel interior wipes down without trapping dirt. Condensation drains through the built-in system, reducing manual emptying. Adjustable legs allow the cabinet to be raised for thorough floor cleaning underneath.
