A refrigerated display cabinet keeps chilled goods visible while maintaining safe temperatures. Static cooling relies on natural convection: cold air sinks from the evaporator coil at the top, displacing warmer air that rises to be cooled again. This gentle circulation avoids drying out delicate pastries or desserts, and the absence of a fan reduces both noise and energy use. The method is well suited to climate class 3, covering typical indoor kitchen conditions without extra dehumidification or heating elements. To use the cabinet, first level the adjustable legs so the unit sits flush on the countertop. Plug the 230 V lead into a dedicated circuit. Load the shelves with products, ensuring nothing blocks the air path at the top. Set the SAYL-Blue electronic thermostat to the desired temperature between +2 °C and +6 °C; the display will show the current reading. The LED lighting switches on automatically, casting an even glow across every shelf. When the door is opened, the static air remains stable for several seconds, giving staff time to retrieve items without a rush of warm air entering. The cabinet is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of sanitising. The front and top surfaces are flat tempered glass, sealed with a protective profile that prevents chips and scratches. A built-in drainage system collects condensation and directs it to an external outlet, eliminating manual emptying. The right-side motor drives the evaporator coil, ensuring uniform cooling across all three sections. The 970 mm width fits standard worktop depths, while the 380 mm depth leaves room for service behind the counter. The 460 mm height allows eye-level display without obstructing customer sightlines. A power draw of 180 W for cooling and 85 W for lighting keeps the load on the electrical supply modest. The refrigerant R600a is used in a 30 g charge, complying with current environmental regulations. Cleaning follows the “Easy to Clean” design: remove the shelves and wipe all stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The glass can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner, avoiding abrasive pads. The drainage outlet should be checked weekly to ensure it remains clear. The smooth stainless-steel interior and seamless glass edges let you wipe away fingerprints and spills without removing a single part.
