It maintains food temperature using a bain-marie system. Hot water in the bain-marie wells transfers heat to food in GN pans, keeping it at serving temperature. The case is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and tempered glass.

Fill the bain-marie wells with hot water, place GN pans with food into the wells, and activate the heating system to maintain the desired temperature up to a maximum of 70 °C. The case has front and rear openings for easy access. A drainage system is included for water removal.

This display case has a MINI motor compartment and a removable top glass shelf. It holds 2 GN 1/1 containers (65 mm deep).

The unit consumes 1.81 kW and uses a 230 V electrical supply. Its dimensions are 1020 mm long, 650 mm wide, and 320 mm high.

Cleaning is aided by the stainless steel construction and drainage system. The removable top glass shelf detaches for cleaning.
