A ventilated cold display case keeps chilled goods visible while circulating cold air evenly across every shelf. Low-speed fans draw warm air from the cabinet, pass it over a refrigerant coil, and return it at the set temperature. This steady airflow prevents hot spots and maintains uniform humidity, so delicate items stay fresh without drying out.

The operator loads the shelves through the front glass panel, then sets the desired temperature on the touchscreen thermostat mounted behind the glass. Once the case reaches the target range, the FreshCare system activates ultra-gentle ventilation that preserves natural moisture. LED strips above and below each shelf illuminate the contents, enhancing colour and texture for customers.

The exterior is constructed from double-glazed glass panels that insulate against ambient heat and reduce condensation. Inside, height-adjustable wire shelves allow the space to be reorganised for different product heights. The refrigerant circuit uses R290, a hydrocarbon with low environmental impact.

A cooling power of 250 W draws 180 W from the electrical supply, suitable for a standard single-phase circuit found in most professional kitchens. The footprint of 450 mm by 450 mm fits on a worktop or counter, while the 950 mm height allows clear viewing from a standing position. The temperature range of +2 °C to +6 °C keeps chilled foods safely above freezing yet below the legal limit for perishables.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass panels with a mild detergent and soft cloth, and removing the shelves to wash them separately. The LED strips and fans require occasional dusting with a dry brush to maintain brightness and airflow. The touchscreen thermostat can be cleaned with a damp microfibre cloth.
