A mobile racking unit moves clean dishwasher baskets from the machine to the worktop without lifting. The trolley's shelves match the 500×500 mm basket footprint, so each shelf accepts one basket without overhang. Wheels allow the unit to be rolled between the dishwasher, storage cupboards and plating stations, keeping the workflow organised and reducing manual handling.

Seven shelves provide capacity for a full dishwasher cycle or for staging multiple loads between services. The shelves are fixed at equal intervals, so each basket sits level and secure during transit. The trolley's height is set to clear standard worktops and pass through kitchen doorways, allowing it to be moved along service corridors and into prep areas.

The frame is constructed from stainless steel, which resists corrosion in humid kitchen environments and can be sanitised with standard cleaning agents. The dimensions of 565 mm wide, 500 mm deep and 1707 mm high create a footprint that fits alongside most commercial dishwashers while maintaining access to the machine's door and controls.

No assembly is required; the trolley arrives ready to use. The shelves are fixed, so the operator simply slides each basket onto a shelf, wheels the trolley to the required location, and slides the baskets off again. The unit is moved by pushing the frame, and the wheels are sized to roll smoothly over tiled or vinyl flooring.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. The open frame design allows access to all surfaces, and the absence of moving parts simplifies maintenance. The trolley is supplied as a single version with seven shelves.
