A mobile racking unit designed to hold six standard 500 mm by 500 mm dishwasher baskets vertically, keeping clean crockery and utensils organised between the wash cycle and the service point.

The trolley provides fixed shelves spaced to match the height of a loaded basket. Each shelf supports the basket from below, preventing sag and allowing the operator to slide the basket on and off without lifting. The vertical arrangement keeps the footprint small while maximising the number of items that can be moved in a single trip, reducing journeys between the dishwasher and the cupboards or worktops where items are stored.

To use the trolley, the operator loads each shelf with a filled basket as it comes out of the dishwasher. The trolley is then wheeled to the required station, where baskets are removed in the order they are needed. Once empty, the trolley returns to the dishwasher to collect the next batch.

The frame is constructed from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to moisture and cleaning chemicals. The shelves are flat, unobstructed surfaces that allow the baskets to slide smoothly. Four swivel castors provide mobility, allowing the trolley to be moved easily around corners and through doorways.

The unit measures 565 mm wide, 500 mm deep and 1707 mm tall. The width allows it to pass through standard kitchen doorways, while the depth matches the 500 mm basket dimension. The height provides six shelves without exceeding the reach of most operators.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent to remove water marks and food debris. The castors should be checked periodically for free movement and cleaned if they become clogged with debris.

The trolley is a single model without variants, designed to fit standard 500x500 dishwasher baskets used in professional catering equipment.
