Tabletop cutlery drying machine with outlet fan.
Output: 3000 pieces per hour.
A cutlery dryer-polisher removes moisture and polishes utensils in a single cycle, using warm air and a fine polishing product. The unit draws cutlery through a rotating carousel, exposing every surface to the drying and polishing agents. A built-in UVC germicide lamp sterilises both the cutlery and the polishing product, reducing bacterial load without chemicals. The process leaves cutlery dry, gleaming and ready for immediate use or storage.
Cutlery is loaded into the stainless-steel carousel, which is then placed inside the drying tank. The operator selects the programme using the intuitive control board. A luminous signal confirms the machine is ready, and another shows whether the heating elements are active. Once started, the carousel rotates, circulating warm air and polishing product evenly over every piece. The probe-controlled temperature ensures consistent results and quick response to any change. When the cycle completes, an audible and luminous signal alerts the operator, and the machine stops automatically to preserve the polishing product's grain.
The SAM-3001 is constructed entirely of stainless steel, including the drying tank and carousel. The rounded, stainless-steel coated carousel prevents damage to cutlery edges. A dedicated luminous signal indicates when the polishing product needs replacing, and another warns if the UVC lamp requires renewal. The UVC lamp can be disconnected for thorough cleaning and servicing without exposing the operator to ultraviolet light.
The control board provides clear, luminous signals for each stage: heating element status, probe integrity, and end-of-cycle. The 0.7 kW power rating suits a standard 230 V single-phase circuit, common in professional kitchens. The 43 kg weight allows the unit to be positioned on a sturdy worktop or mobile stand without risk of tipping. Its 489 mm width, 652 mm depth and 412 mm height fit under most standard worktop overhangs, leaving space for loading and unloading.
Cleaning involves wiping down the stainless-steel surfaces and disconnecting the UVC lamp for safe servicing. The automatic stop after each cycle prevents overuse of the polishing product, extending its life. The machine processes up to 3000 pieces per hour, making it suitable for medium to large catering operations.
The SAM-3001 is categorised under cutlery care equipment in professional kitchen catalogues.
