A cup heater keeps ceramic cups and mugs at serving temperature so the first pour of coffee or tea reaches the guest at the right warmth. The WHK 120 uses electric elements beneath each shelf to radiate gentle heat upwards. Ceramic absorbs this heat slowly, raising the cup's surface temperature without scorching or cracking. Because the heat is even and low, the cup remains ready for hours without risk of over-drying the glaze or altering the flavour of the drink.

The operator loads cups onto the three shelves, stacking them rim-down to expose the maximum surface area to the rising heat. Each shelf has its own switch, so one, two or all three can be used at once. Once switched on, the elements warm the shelf in minutes; no pre-heating cycle is needed. Cups stay warm as long as the shelf is left on, making it possible to keep a large batch ready for a sudden rush without reheating.

The WHK 120 is built as a freestanding stainless-steel cabinet with a dark-grey exterior. The three shelves are also stainless steel, allowing easy wipe-down after spills or dust. The front panel carries three rocker switches, one for each shelf, and a single power indicator light.

With a footprint of 349 mm by 400 mm, the unit fits on a standard worktop or sideboard without crowding the coffee station. Its height of 542 mm keeps the top shelf within comfortable reach for staff of average height. The 0.85 kW load runs on a single-phase 230 V circuit, the standard supply in professional kitchens and cafés.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the shelves and exterior with a damp cloth; no disassembly is required. The stainless-steel surfaces resist staining and do not require special cleaners.
