Cooker hood ILVE APM90-MK

The ILVE Panoramagic APM90-MK is a cooker hood designed for professional kitchens.

This appliance operates by drawing cooking fumes and steam away from the cooking area. Air is pulled through filters that capture grease and other particles. The extracted air can then be vented outside or recirculated back into the room after passing through additional filters, depending on the chosen version.

The cooker hood is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, known for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning. It is fitted with stainless steel filters to trap cooking by-products. For illumination, a 13 W LED bar provides light over the cooking surface.

Operation is managed via four-speed backlit controls, offering settings for speeds 1, 2, 3, and an Intensive mode for demanding conditions. An automatic indicator light signals when the filters require cleaning, helping to maintain optimal performance. The unit has a predisposition for remote control operation.

The power consumption is rated at a maximum of 0.345 kW. The dimensions are 911 mm in length, 560 mm in width, and 400 mm in height. The outlet chimney hole measures 15 cm, and the chimney itself has a width of 30 cm. The suction capacity is 1000 m3/h.

This model is available in either an extraction or a filtering version.
