Cooker hood ILVE APM120

It draws cooking fumes and vapours away from the cooking area, improving air quality.

This cooker hood operates by drawing air upwards through filters and expelling it either outside the building (extraction version) or recirculating it back into the room after passing through additional filters (filtering version). The extracted air is then vented through an outlet chimney.

To use the hood, switch it on and select the desired speed setting using the backlit controls. The four speed options are 1, 2, 3, and an Intensive setting for periods of high steam or smoke. The integrated 13 W LED bar lighting illuminates the cooking surface below. An automatic indicator light signals when the stainless steel filters require cleaning. The hood is predisposed for an optional remote control.

The construction features a case made from AISI 304 stainless steel, known for its resistance to corrosion. It includes stainless steel filters to capture grease. The unit has a 15 cm diameter outlet chimney hole and a 30 cm wide chimney section.

The power consumption is a maximum of 345 W (0.345 kW). The suction capacity is rated at 1000 cubic metres per hour. The dimensions are 1216 mm in length, 560 mm in width, and 410 mm in height.

Cleaning involves maintaining the stainless steel filters, which is indicated by an automatic light. The unit is available in either an extraction or a filtering configuration.
