Cooker hood ILVE ANB100

The ILVE Nostalgie ANB100 is a cooker hood from the NOSTALGIE series.

Cooker hoods operate by drawing cooking fumes and vapours away from the cooking area. This is achieved through an extraction fan, which pulls the air upwards. The air is then typically passed through filters to remove grease and odours before being expelled outside the building via a flue or recirculated back into the room after further treatment.

This model features steel filters designed to capture cooking grease. It includes an automatic filter cleaning light to alert the user when maintenance is due and an automatic delayed switch-off function, allowing the hood to continue operating for a set period after cooking has finished. The hood has four-speed controls, labelled 1, 2, 3, and Intensive, allowing adjustment of the extraction rate. Front LED lights are fitted to illuminate the cooking surface below. It is prepared for remote control operation.

The cooker hood has a flue outlet hole measuring 15 cm. The chimney has a width of 50 cm. The unit's maximum power consumption is 270 W.
