Cooker hood ILVE AG60

The ILVE Nostalgie AG60 is a cooker hood from the Nostalgie series.

Cooker hoods operate by drawing cooking fumes and steam away from the cooking area. This unit uses a fan to create suction, pulling air upwards through filters. The extracted air is then either vented outside through a flue (extraction version) or passed through additional filters to remove odours before being recirculated back into the kitchen (filtering version).

This model features front LED lights to illuminate the cooking surface. The operator can select from four-speed controls: 1, 2, 3, and an Intensive setting for periods of high cooking activity. The unit includes an automatic filter cleaning light to indicate when maintenance is required, and an automatic delayed switch-off function to continue ventilation after cooking has finished.

The case is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, with filters made from anodised aluminium. The flue outlet hole measures 15 cm, and the chimney has a width of 25 cm.

The maximum power consumption is 0.355 kW. The suction capacity is 890 m3/h. The dimensions are 600 mm in length, 500 mm in width, and 350 mm in height.

Cleaning of the aluminium filters is a key part of upkeep. The unit is prepared for remote control, which is available as an optional accessory.
