A convection oven needs a stable, level platform that raises it to a comfortable working height and provides storage for trays and ingredients directly beneath the cooking chamber. This stand supports the oven's weight while allowing hot air to circulate freely around the cabinet, preventing heat build-up that could damage the casing or the floor. The open frame design also makes it easy to inspect and clean the area under the oven, reducing the risk of grease and debris accumulating out of sight.
The operator positions the stand on the kitchen floor, adjusts the four stainless-steel legs until the top is perfectly level, then slides the oven onto the frame. Six GN1/1 cooking panels sit on the top surface, ready to hold sheet pans, gastronorm trays or perforated baskets. When the oven is in use, these panels keep hot trays off the worktop and provide a heat-resistant landing zone for items just removed from the chamber. Below the panels, the open frame allows air to flow, cooling the underside of the oven and extending its service life.
The stand is built from welded stainless-steel sections: 40×40 mm legs, 40×20 mm and 25×25 mm frame members. Hygienic welding eliminates crevices where food particles could lodge, making the structure easy to wipe down after each service. Non-slip corners, 100×100 mm, protect the floor and prevent the stand from shifting under load. Each leg is adjustable over a 65 mm range, allowing the operator to compensate for uneven floors and ensure the oven remains perfectly level even in older kitchens.
Height can be set between 600 mm and 900 mm to match the ergonomics of the kitchen brigade. Two removable shelves fit inside the frame, offering additional storage for trays, lids or small utensils without obstructing airflow. The entire assembly is designed to be moved by two people; once in place, the adjustable feet lock the stand securely to the floor.
The 500 mm depth and 900 mm width provide a footprint that fits beneath most professional convection ovens while leaving room for the oven's own feet and ventilation clearances. The six GN1/1 panels create a continuous work surface that matches the standard gastronorm tray size, so sheet pans and perforated baskets slide on and off without catching.
Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless-steel frame and panels are wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each service. The hygienic welds prevent dirt from lodging in joints, and the open design allows access to the underside of the oven and the floor beneath. The two removable shelves can be taken out and washed separately, then replaced once dry.
Variants include a version with four heavy-duty legs adjustable over a 40 mm range, offering finer control on very uneven floors. The stand is categorised in the catalogue under oven accessories and support structures.
