A convection oven needs a stable, hygienic base that raises it to a comfortable working height and provides space for trays and utensils. This stand supports the oven while organising the workflow around it. The flat top holds six standard gastronorm GN1/1 pans, giving the chef immediate access to ingredients or finished dishes without extra trips to a worktop or cupboard. The stand is built around a welded stainless-steel frame. The frame uses square and rectangular tubing to create a rigid structure that resists twisting and sagging under the weight of a loaded oven. Non-slip corners on the base prevent the stand from shifting on a tiled or polished floor, even when the oven is opened or closed. Four adjustable legs allow the stand to be levelled on uneven floors. Each leg is made from stainless steel and can be raised or lowered independently. The standard legs offer a 65 mm adjustment range, while optional heavy-duty legs provide an additional 40 mm of adjustment for more challenging surfaces. The legs are fitted with threaded feet that grip the floor and prevent the stand from wobbling during use. Two removable shelves are available as an option. These shelves slide into the frame and provide extra storage for pans, lids or small equipment. The shelves are positioned below the cooking surface, keeping frequently used items within easy reach without cluttering the main work area. The stand's footprint of 500 mm depth and 800 mm width fits most professional convection ovens. The 500 mm height places the oven at a comfortable working level for most chefs, reducing strain on the back and shoulders. The overall dimensions also allow the stand to be positioned against a wall or between other kitchen units without disrupting the flow of service. The seamless welded frame and smooth stainless-steel surfaces let you wipe away grease and flour without trapping residue in corners or seams. The stainless-steel frame and legs can be wiped down with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. The hygienic welds eliminate crevices where food debris or grease could accumulate. The optional shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning or to create additional space when not needed. The stand is available in a standard version with fixed height and in a version with individually adjustable height, allowing the user to set the working level between 600 mm and 900 mm to suit different kitchen layouts or operator preferences.
